1. Create a community that allows all members equal opportunity to express their concerns and ideas to help shape the future of outdoor tourism in Japan. By self-regulating we will strive to maintain our own set of leading industry standards.
2. Create an environment for members to increase their quality of guiding, instructing and safety in outdoor tourism by supporting continuous education and learning through courses and dialogue.
3. Help put an end to the illegal guiding and instructing that is rampant in Japan. Not only does it give all foreigners a bad image but it also creates a more difficult and dangerous working environment for the businesses that operate within the law.
The more businesses that join together, the stronger our voice will become. We are at a major turning point right now for tourism in Japan. Let’s lead by example!

- 日本で蔓延している違法ガイド・インストラクター行為をなくすことに取り組みます。これらの行為は外国人全体に悪い印象を与えるだけでなく、法に則って運営する事業者にとって、より困難で危険な労働環境を生み出しているからです。
